This is because of the animation being made for holding a rifle, not a pistol-like weapon. The character holding the Phaser Pistol is a little awkward, especially when moving. This is a texture bug that hasn't been hammered out. The rotatory segment of the Captains Chair is pink. The small panel at the bottom of the corridor pieces changes from corridor to corridor. These blocks are fully functional and ready for you to take on the Final Frontier.
